Used 2004 Gibson Custom Shop L4-S Prototype Electric Guitar Cherry

Description

This is a bit of a rarity – a Custom Shop L4s marked as a prototype, made in 2004 with a Cherry finish. The guitar is stamped PROTOTYPE on the back of the headstock. It features a set-neck construction, mahogany body, mahogany neck, a duo of Gibson humbuckers, and a tune-o-matic bridge with a stopbar tailpiece for rock solid intonation. The guitar is in very good condition – there is some hardware oxidation/tarnishing, visible pickmarks between pickups and on the neck pickup ring, light surface swirling on body and neck, and a few small dings on back of the guitar. It’s in great playing condition and includes the original case and certificate of authenticity.
