Description

Here’s one of the first Fender reissues and still one of the best – a pre-owned Fender ’52 Tele made in the Fullerton factory before Fender made the move to Corona. This 33-year old Tele is a truly awesome guitar, with a lightweight Ash body, Maple neck, original gray bobbin flat pole piece bridge pickup with plastic wiring, blackguard with slotted screws, three brass saddle bridge, and vintage style tuners. The pots are CTS where the dates read to the 9th week of 1982, and the neck as well as the neck pocket are stamped “Vintage.”

Even though this is a ’52 Reissue, the guitar has a super comfortable soft “V” neck profile that fits right into your hand. The wiring has been switched over to modern Tele wiring, and the guitar comes with a 6-saddle bridge should you want to install it. This Tele is in great shape for a guitar of its age, there are some cracks in the lacquer along the neck pocket as pictured, and light dings scattered around the body.

Includes: Original Hardshell Case, 6-Saddle Bridge
